Rental Sites 545 to 593

To rent a site, your RV must be either a Class A motorhome, a 5th wheel, or a Super C. It must be a minimum of 30 ft. long and a maximum of 45 ft and no more than 10 years of age. Rare exceptions can be made in the age category if the RV is in impeccable condition and close to the 10 year age limit. The RV will need to pass an inspection. The Association charges you $100 up front for this inspection, regardless if the RV passes or not. 


Advance Notice to Rent:  The Resort Board of Directors has made it a rule that all renters must reserve their site three days in advance of their arrival.  


Rental Rates Vary: Depending on the location and the amenities available for your use, rates vary. Most sites do not allow the use of BBQs or appliances unless the renter is staying a month or longer. 


HOA's Rental Processing Fee: This fee is paid to the association each time a site is rented. The fee is $30 for 2 nights or less, $60 for 3 to 29 nights and $100 for 30 nights or more on the same site. This one time fee is in addition to the normal rental rates for the site. If you move to a different site the Resort Usage Fee once again applies. 


Security Deposit: All monthly rentals require a security deposit of $300 to $500 depending on the site. We will refund the deposit no later than 3 days after your departure as long as the site is in the same condition as your arrival. On exception basis we have been known to refund the day you leave.


Electricity: Included in nightly rates. The monthly rate does not include electricity. It is billed separately based on the actual amount used.


Holiday Weekends: Require a 3 night minimum stay & the daily fee is an additional $10 per night. Holidays that fall in this category are Thanksgiving, July 4th (Holiday rates apply July 2 - July 7), Memorial Day, Labor day, and New Years Eve. 


PETS: We are a pet friendly resort allowing up to two pets per site.


LENGTH OF STAY: The Resort is considered an Extended Stay by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year. If you plan to stay longer than nine months you will need to move to a different site at the end of your nine month stay.


Reserving a Site: When you call to reserve a spot we will need the type, length, and year of your RV, the date you plan to arrive and the date you plan to depart. Once you have selected your site we will email your rental agreement.  Please be aware you are renting someone else's dream spot. Most of our owners return to their paradise through out the year. If you choose to rent a site with amenities, please care for them as if they were your own. We thank you for your thoughtfulness.

This property backs up to a lovely lakeside view of the golf course.  Not much chance for an errant golf ball because of the lake between you and the green.  A large shade structure provides shade to a well equipped kitchen and seating area.  Umbrellas provide shade to the sun patio seating.

Monthly Fee: is $1,305 per month plus electricity. You will be billed for your actual electrical usage. A $300 security deposit is required. This deposit is returned within 3 days of leaving as long as the site and everything on it is in the same condition as when you arrived including no oil or bad stains on the RV pad.

                  This property backs up to a large grassy common area with no  RVs to the back.  It is much like having ones own private park.  There is an expanded patio with a large BBQ bar that also has a side burner.  All renters will have use of the Furniture.
