Each album showcases a site with a minimum of a concrete RV pad and full hook-ups. Many sites have added amenities that range from an expanded patio to a fancy shade structure covering amenities that will rival many of the conveniences you would find in a home. Everything is designed for outdoor enjoyment.
RV Requirements: RVs must be either a Class A motorhome, a 5th wheel, or a Super C. The RV must not open at the very back. It must be 30 to a maximum of 45 feet in length, and no more than 10 years old. Exceptions regarding age may only be considered if the RV is in impeccable condition and close to the 10 year age limit. The Association charges $100 to have an older RV inspected. The fee applies whether the RV passes or not.
Length Of Stay: The Resort is considered an Extended Stay property by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year.

This golf course lot is a real find. Walk onto this site and experience how proud you will be owning your very special piece of Paradise. There is a large parking area for golf carts to the front. The expanded patio has a decorative brick capped wall surrounding most of the concrete. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, BBQ side burner, and round serving/eating area at each end. The dining area looks out to the golf course and lake with the water fountain in the center of the lake adding to the overall charm. The back of the patio opens out to the course and common areas.
If location is important…it should be. This property is very well located next to showers, laundry, & some parking for day time guests. It backs up to a lovely view of the golf course with no RVs at the back. Just beautiful wide open space.
There is a designated cart parking area at the front. As you enter the living area you will see a privacy wall with a light pillar at one end. Step to the otherside of the wall to view the propane fireplace and TV cabinet. A small water fountain adds the perfect charm to what can be a cozy seating area in front of the fireplace.
Next to this section is the kitchen. Here you will find a double SS sink, good size tiled counter space with eating bar and seating for four. There is a built in BBQ, side burner, and under counter fridge.
Just steps from the kitchen is the dining area on a raised section of the patio. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. There is a small lake with water fall just off to the side of this dining spot.
The metal Gazebo sits behind the RV adding to your privacy. This is a great spot for you to have a fire table or a couple of lounge chairs. Day or night you will love the beauty of this view having no RVS at the back.
All furniture is included so no need to bring anything but your RV, friends and family.

This is truly a unique, one of a kind property. The drought resistant, beautifully designed landscape and the ultra modern look of the Casita like structure has made this property a landmark in the resort. Overhead lighting and fans run the length of the Casita ceiling. There is a large sink with hot water and garbage disposal, a built in range, and two beverage coolers. Towards the back is the living room with much of the lovely furniture included with the property. Continue out the back entrance to the large sun patio and find it surrounded by a low wall with a gate opening out to the large green belt. Another well appointed garden runs along the back patio wall. We are waiting on pictures of the lovely interior space.
