Each album showcases a site with a minimum of a concrete RV pad and full hook-ups. Many sites have added amenities that range from an expanded patio to a fancy shade structure covering amenities that will rival many of the conveniences you would find in a home. Everything is designed for outdoor enjoyment.
RV Requirements: RVs must be either a Class A motorhome, a 5th wheel, or a Super C. The RV must not open at the very back. It must be 30 to a maximum of 45 feet in length, and no more than 10 years old. Exceptions regarding age may only be considered if the RV is in impeccable condition and close to the 10 year age limit. The Association charges $100 to have an older RV inspected. The fee applies whether the RV passes or not.
Length Of Stay: The Resort is considered an Extended Stay property by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year.

This well located property boasts of a lovely view out to the 1st hole Tee box & over two fairways, You can view lovely sunsets from here. On the left side is an expansive green belt and the entrance to the first tee. Steps further are pickle ball courts, putting green, large pool, jacuzzi market and Missy’s 15th hole bar and grill.
At the entrance is the golf cart parking area with a pedestal to house the charger.
Venture further into the site where you will find the perfect outdoor kitchen. Beautifully tiled counter space, a sink, built in BBQ and under counter fridge make outdoor cooking a breeze. A long rectangular umbrella shades the cooking area when needed. A rolling tall bar table with four bar stools separate the kitchen and lounge area.
A large metal gazebo with sun shades on most sides shades a large cushioned L shaped couch coffee table, white cabinet with large flat screen TV on top. The black and white rug makes it feel like home.
The sun patio boasts of an in ground fire pit. A new like new fire ring was recently installed. Take a seat in one of the cushioned swivel chairs in this section and enjoy watching the golfers or listen to the music that often drifts in from the nearby lakeside patio at Missy's cafe.

This beauty is located in the prestigious Motor Home only section towards the top of the hill. With almost six hundred properties in this resort there is an exclusive 27 restricted to Motor Homes. These are the only sites designed with the convenience of being able to "pull" into the site rather than having to back in.
Add to this feature the fact this site is wider and longer than a standard property in the sections of the property that matter most. There is a long list of amenities and quality outdoor furniture that is all included. The entire patio, even the RV pad, is completely tiled.
Custom black shade sails cover much of the patio. A privacy wall at the front with a tall address pedestal at one end, marks the entrance to this paradise. Step in side to a large sun area. Here is the ideal spot to pull up a lounge chair and enjoy the sun. A large cabinet located here is designed for storage. Another even larger cabinet can be used for storage or is plumbed and wired for laundry machines.
A few steps further and you are in an incredible kitchen. Long counters provided more storage space and numerous appliances, such as an oven, dishwasher and warming drawers just to name a few. A circular kitchen island provides more storage and another fridge. One space in this uniquely shaped island is designed for a small microwave so bring your own. This island its the ideal spot to set up your buffet for entertaining guests.
Before you step down to the lower sections you will see a long cabinet. This cabinet sits in front of the RV and houses more storage, two freezers and two refrigerator drawers.
Heading down to the next two areas is a large wet bar. Seating at the bar faces out over the resort. The bar seating, dining table and additional seating in this section is a great place to truly enjoy the hill top view. There is a double sided fireplace with a water feature on one side and a large screen TV on the other with additional seating. The fireplace separates these two sections.
Lush landscape surrounding the property extends into the living areas. It creates terrific privacy and adds to the overall beauty of this site.

THIS PROPERTY IS IN THE EXCLUSIVE MOTOR COACH ONLY SECTION. AT THE TOP OF THE HILL OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTY OF THE COLF COURSE AND LAKES.
High on the mesa this Motorcoach only lot is move in ready. The view is out over the largest lake in the resort. You will be able to enjoy this view from the inside of your coach 24/7. There is also plenty of room off to the side to park two golf carts.
There is a BBQ island area. Here you will find a BBQ, sink, refrigerator and storage. There is plenty of counter space for preparing those wonderful outdoor meals.
The expanded patio has plenty of room for the dining set with umbrella and six chairs.

This site is 104’ deep with the purple flags in the back showing the property lines. This particular spot is just steps away from the pool, Jacuzzi, full bathhouse & laundry room. Having these facilities so close is an added plus when guests are visiting. There is extra parking & no need to trample in & out of your RV with a restroom at the corner. At the back of the site there is a large green belt where you can relax and enjoy the views of the Palomar Mountains.There is an expanded patio with a brick capped seating wall & lots of built in lighting.
This extra wide corner property has an elevated view down two Fairways. One of resorts five pools with jacuzzi, showers, and laundry is across the side street. The back patio backs up to one of the golf course lakes that runs the entire width of the property. This is a truly premier location.
Colorful slate tiles cover the large Brick patio and RV pad. A privacy wall at the front has a double sided water feature allowing water to fall down both sides The interior side of the wall is actually one of the walls for the "step down" TV Bar area. Misters run along the cap of this wall.
Here you will find a built in entertainment center that can house two TVs, a fireplace and storage. This section of the site also has a well equipped wet bar with under counter fridge, separate freezer, and additional storage cabinets.
From here you can step up to a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. Appliances include built in BBQ, Side burner, oven, another under counter fridge, dishwasher, large sink with hot water and garbage disposal. Misters run all along the kitchen backsplash. Misters are connected to the soft water system on the property.
