Each album showcases a site with a minimum of a concrete RV pad and full hook-ups. Many sites have added amenities that range from an expanded patio to a fancy shade structure covering amenities that will rival many of the conveniences you would find in a home. Everything is designed for outdoor enjoyment.
RV Requirements: RVs must be either a Class A motorhome, a 5th wheel, or a Super C. The RV must not open at the very back. It must be 30 to a maximum of 45 feet in length, and no more than 10 years old. Exceptions regarding age may only be considered if the RV is in impeccable condition and close to the 10 year age limit. The Association charges $100 to have an older RV inspected. The fee applies whether the RV passes or not.
Length Of Stay: The Resort is considered an Extended Stay property by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year.

This super-sized corner site is at a super terrific location. Pool, jacuzzi, laundry and showers are just up the street. The property itself backs up to an amazing view looking out over a series of lakes and down the fairway. Although you can enjoy one of the most beautiful golf course views in the resort there is no need to worry about errant balls. Sun shades have been strategically placed to block the sun on the west side of the property. Due to the size of the property it has, the much coveted, curved drive way at the front that can accommodate more than the typical number of vehicles.
