Each album showcases a site with a minimum of a concrete RV pad and full hook-ups. Many sites have added amenities that range from an expanded patio to a fancy shade structure covering amenities that will rival many of the conveniences you would find in a home. Everything is designed for outdoor enjoyment.
RV Requirements: RVs must be either a Class A motorhome, a 5th wheel, or a Super C. The RV must not open at the very back. It must be 30 to a maximum of 45 feet in length, and no more than 10 years old. Exceptions regarding age may only be considered if the RV is in impeccable condition and close to the 10 year age limit. The Association charges $100 to have an older RV inspected. The fee applies whether the RV passes or not.
Length Of Stay: The Resort is considered an Extended Stay property by the County of Riverside. Each individual site is required to be vacant 90 days in any given calendar year.

Two separate structures cover the main outdoor living areas. Custom planters extend into the interior adding pops of color through out. These structures provide shade in the summer and hold in heat in cooler weather.
As in all real estate, location remains the name of the game. This site is well located. Through out the space you can sit back and enjoy the view of the lake with the tall water fountain and greens of the golf course. You can raise the custom shade in the lounge/dining area and step out back to a lake side oasis. Across the lake are two fairways and an extended view out to the mountains.
